You’ve seen me talk about this before, but some subjects just can’t have too much repetition.
I’ve actually never understood people who neglect their health in order to build a business or work a high-powered job.I’ve actually turned down jobs and 86’d businesses because I could not see how I could do them effectively AND keep my health intact.
I’ve always put my health first, and I would encourage you to do the same. I just isn’t worth it. However, I do empathize with how it happens, because I have been guilty  of it many times. 
Entrepreneurs are passionate, freedom-loving people by nature. We want what we want, when and how we want it, which is why we can often be found working 80 hours per week to build our businesses just to avoid having to go and work 40 hours per week for somoene else.
In doing so, we often end up self-imposing the scheduling confines that the jobs that we hate some much may have imposed on us. This will especially happen when ones builds a business without making sure to leverage themselves through technology and outsourcing as much as possible.
The bottom line is that if we are to truly enjoy life we MUST take care of ourselves. And a major part of that is making health and wellness a major priority.
Whether its taking the time to drink more water, filling your fridge with fresh fruits and vegetables, or taking the time to, exercise several times per week, nothing should be more important than taking care of your health. Without it, nothing else matters.
